K2tog - Knit 2 together
Ssk - Slip slip knit
Skpsso - Slip1, knit1 pass slipped stitch over
Double Decreases (2 stitches)
S2kp (same as CDD) centered doubled decrease
Sk2psso - left leaning double decrease

Also known as Emily Ocher Cast On. When starting with just a few stitches joined in the round, this cast-on allows you to cinch closed the hole made by the cast on.
