Keeping locals and travelers safe
We're open Monday - Saturday from 12 - 4 for walk-up, in-person shopping. We ask that all visitors and staff wear a mask and we'll limit the number of people inside as necessary to give everybody plenty of space.
If you're planning a visit to Jackson this summer, be sure to stop by and browse our selection! You'll find yarn and kits you won't see at home.
Right now we have oodles of great small-batch, indie-dyed yarn from Montana and Idaho, as well as stunning natural yarns in wool, alpaca and bison blends from right here in Wyoming.
We check e-mail every day, and are happy to chat with you! Or give us a call at 307 733-5648 during store hours so we can figure out how to best serve you.
We're happy to accommodate folks who aren't ready to come inside. If you just need a needle or an extra skein, call or e-mail and we'll make arrangements to leave your purchase for easy "no contact" pickup on the porch.
Knit on Pearl is Jackson Hole's source for yarn, needles and cool tools for knitters and crocheters. We're located just two blocks north and west of the Jackson Hole town square, at the corner of Gill and Glenwood streets. (The shop moved years ago from it's original location on Pearl St. to our current spot at 145 W. Gill) We're open Monday - Saturday, with Knit Night every Thursday from 6 - 8. Scroll down to see what's on tap!
Knit on Pearl started out in a tiny alcove on Pearl Street over 20 years ago in 1997.
We're here to make happy knitters happier!
Knit on Pearl is a small space chock-a-block full of yarns from all over the world, and close to home. We are proud to carry an ample selection of yarn and fiber created by regional artisans around the Rock Mountain West. Here's a list of yarn we carry.
Winters are long in Jackson Hole, and we have a robust community of local knitters and crocheters who wear what they make and make what they wear. Because Jackson is a tourist destination, we are also inspired by yarn enthusiasts who visit from all over the world.
